You're signed in as admin, but no row in the team list matches that email. The admin needs to add you (or you may be signed into the wrong account).
If you ARE the admin and just cleared the team list, the next page load will put you back in bootstrap mode — wait 30 seconds for the cache to refresh, then reload.
